Freestyle Painting
The scaffolding went up but this was not the construction guys, but Sarah Farrell-Roberts encouraging freedom with painting. The sessions allow people to paint with freedom and no preconceptions. This abstract painting session is great for all, it debunks any fear of being judged for what you create, you can feels as free as when a child paints.
