March 8th was International Women’s day and two of our team celebrated by heading to the Beach for the Social Swim group with a dip on Saunton Beach. Many people like Unit6’s Jane Sharkey have taken cold water swimming in lockdown. “With so much research about the benefits of cold water swimming and an amazing beach on our doorstep, it is hard to resist a dip”.
